The ToDrinQ team from the presented ToDrinQ research at the prestigious International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) 2024 held on July 7-12, in Athens, Greece.

The first work ‘Early Warning System for Nutrient Run-Off in Open Water Bodies’ was presented by Vasiliki Thomopoulou during the session “TUPB.PA: Inland Waters II,” this research introduces a framework for early detection of nutrient run-off using earth observation data. The project is part of the EU-funded ToDrinQ initiative, with contributions from Panagiotis Kossieris, Georgios Bariamis, Ioannis Tsoukalas, and Christos Makropoulos.

The presentation highlight our commitment to leveraging advanced technologies for better water management and environmental protection at IGARSS 2024.
